Shweta's early life:
Shweta Prasad was born on October 10th 1991 in Jamshedpur, Jharkand and then moved to Mumbai. Shweta's mother is from West Bengal and her father is from Uttar Pradesh. Here father was into theater. The actress is studying Commerce from RN Podar High School, Santa Cruz, Mumbai.
Television:
In Balaji Tele Films Production's Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii (2000), Shweta played Parvati's daughter Shruti Agarwal for a few months.
Film Career:
At the age of 11, she started here movie career with a Hindi movie Makdee (2002) In which she played the lead role as Chunni and Munni. She received the National Award for the Best Child Artiste for this movie. In Nagesh Kukunoor's Iqbal (2005) she played Khadija (Iqbal's sister) and also appeared In Vaah! Life Ho Toh Aisi! (2005).
In 2006, Darna Zaroori Hai (in 2006), Shweta had a small role to play. Prasad is presently working in Telugu movies. One of them was released in 2008
Kotha Bangaru Lokam named (2008). And here next two releases are Ride (2009) and Damage to (2009).
